Homes for Lambeth are proposing to build 14 new high-quality homes on the land behind 200-262 Hydethorpe Road at the corner of Thornton Road. 6 of these new homes will be affordable, of which 2 will be Council Level rent and 4 will be shared ownership. Two of these properties will be allocated towards wheelchair users. The new development will be car free with the exception of 2 disabled parking spaces.

Alongside the new homes, the proposals include the enhancement of the existing estate's green amenity space, ensuring that all residents - new and existing - will have access to an improved hard and soft landscaped communal garden.
